+ Where do I find Hope & Sesame sesamemilk in my grocery store?
Most stores have Hope & Sesame in the shelf-stable plant milk section, in the center of the store near the cereal aisle. Our Hope & Sesame cartons are shelf-stable, so there’s no refrigeration required before opening.
+ Is there a charge to join the Hope & Sesame VIP Club?
Nope, just order a subscription and you’re in! Just order a subscription and you’re automatically in the club, with all of the benefits, no charge. You get free shipping on every order, 5% off regular price on each subscription order, 5% more off any additional subscription orders, plus other freebies and perks like samples, coupons, and contest entries. + What is the Flavor Guarantee?
We want you to try all of the flavors and find your favorites. If you shake a new flavor, try it, and don’t like it, we’ll cancel that subscription and refund you or send you a new flavor to try. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll find a way to make it right.
+ When will I receive my first order?
Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. All orders ship Ground from Chicago. Typically, you’ll receive your first order 5-7 business days after you place it, depending on where you live.
+ Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription account here. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
+ Can I cancel, edit, or return my monthly subscription order?
You can cancel or change your subscription anytime through your account page before your monthly subscription ships. If it has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel or change your order. Food safety concerns prevent us from accepting returns.
+ How long does Hope & Sesame last with and without refrigeration?
When sesamemilk is produced, each carton has 12 months of shelf life before its ‘best by’ date. Like many shelf-stable beverages, we use Tetra Pak cartons created to keep beverages preserved for long periods of time without refrigeration. This means we can distribute products without the cost and environmental impact of refrigeration. After opening, however, please keep refrigerated and consume within 7-10 days.
+ How long should I chill sesamemilk for optimum taste?
We recommend overnight (if possible) or a minimum of 4 hours in the fridge. Sesamemilk can also be used at room temperature, right out of the carton, especially if using in a recipe. Be sure to shake well before using.
+ Is Hope & Sesame's packaging recyclable?
Yes, our Tetra Pak cartons are recyclable throughout the United States. Here is more information on Tetra Pak and recycling.
+ Is Hope & Sesame sesamemilk available outside the United States?
Yes, you can now buy Hope & Sesame at grocery retailers in Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Stay tuned for more expansion!
+ Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! And we feel strongly about supporting deployed service members; one of our impact missions focuses on hiring military veterans. Additionally, Hope & Sesame sesamemilk is available for purchase at AAFES.com.

+ Is Hope & Sesame FODMAP-friendly?
We had our sesamemilks tested by the FODMAP Friendly Certification Program, and they passed on levels of Fructans, Fructose, Glucose, Lactose, Mannitol, and Sorbitol, but failed for oligosaccharides, namely galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS).
